Marie-Josée and Patrice welcome you as if you were at home, in their 14-seat micro-restaurant in Pointe-Saint-Charles for tasting menus and tea time.

The project

We decided to open a very small project in August 2023, to offer you a personalized service. Sabayon was born from our desire to create an intimate and human-scale project, giving free rein to our creativity.

Our tasting menu are offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night with a 6 course tasting menu with local and seasonal product.

Friday and Saturday afternoon, we offered a 3 course Tea Time.

 

Reservations

We operate on a reservation only basis, reservations are made online only with Opentable.

Reservations open the first Wednesday of the month at noon for the following month.

You must pay for the menu at the time of booking.

Reservation for JUNE: SOLD OUT

Reservations for JULY : SOLD OUT

Reservations for AUGUST: Wednesday July 2nd at noon

 

Schedule

Tasting menus are offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7 p.m.

Tea time is offered on Fridays and Saturdays at 2 p.m.
